Design – Build Projects

“Design – build” refers to the project delivery system in which a Project Owner contracts with ZAWITCO for the design and constructions of the project. The advantage and benefit of design – build to the customer of ZAWITCO are:

Single point of responsibility for construction and design.

Potential for fast-tracking the project (beginning construction or procurement prior to the design being completed), resulting in a shorter overall delivery time for the project.

Potential for reduction or elimination of change orders.

Expertise of ZAWITCO, particularly in the area of practical execution of the project, is brought to the table earlier in the process.

Owner can be provided with a fixed price of the project by ZAWITCO

Potentially lower overall project costs.
